To exchange you will have to first validate your voucher. Once validated, please visit https://exchanges.activitysuperstore.... where you will be able to view your exchangeable options and proceed with the exchange if you so wish.
Please note that if the experience you decide to exchange for is more expensive than your original voucher, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance and the expiry date will remain the same.
